She and older sister and mom of two, Kourtney, visited the “Today” show on Tuesday and talked due dates and fertility with host Savannah Guthrie.

“I think until I really start seeing, like, a belly, it won’t really sink in. It’s just a weird realization until you really start seeing the physical changes and every day’s different,” Kim Kardashian told Guthrie.

Kim revealed that she is due in July, which means her baby and Kourtney’s daughter, Penelope, may have close birthdays as the six-month-old was born in July of last year. Kim also shares a due date with her idol, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton

In her the interview, the 32-year-old reality star opened up about fertility problems she has faced.

"Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens," she said.

"That’s an exciting moment; you can plan for things like that. So I think it's just such a blessing knowing my circumstances."

Kim also talked about her relationship with boyfriend Kanye West and the possibility of marriage. It was West who announced her pregnancy during a Dec. 30 concert in Atlantic City, by referring to Kardashian as his “baby mama.”

The couple has also reportedly purchased a $11 million home in Bel Air, Calif.

"It's something that we talk about, but I think it's just right now [we're] focusing on the baby," Kim Kardashian said.

"What I've learned in life is - I was always such a planner, and ... you think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don't plan."

"As for her in pending divorce from husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries, Kim told Guthrie, "I can't speak for anyone else. It's a process ... It's happening, hopefully."

The sisters also promoted the latest season of their dual reality show, "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami," which will premiere on Jan. 20 at 9 p.m. on E!
