Kate Middleton has been dubbed as “Kate Wrinkleton” by online trolls that are convinced the Duchess of Cambridge needs to get Botox.

After hosting a Christmas party for military families at Kensington Palace with Prince William on Tuesday, Middleton’s photos were uploaded all over the Internet. Despite wearing a pricey Emilia Wickstead plaid skirt, royal fans focused their attention more on the mom of three’s wrinkles.

“She looks much older than she is. Lots of wrinkles,” one critic tweeted (via The Sun).

“Why is she so wrinkly?” another critic asked.

“She needs a little Botox on those deep lines…” another person commented.

Meanwhile, some critics also questioned Middleton’s decision to wear a long tartan skirt for the event. One person said that the attire was perfect for a woman in her 50s and not someone who is just in her 30s.

“Outfit is far too boring and far too old for her,” one person tweeted.
