Kate Middleton is in good spirits as she waits for her third royal baby.

The Duchess of Cambridge was suffering from severe morning sickness or hyperemesis gravidarum in the early months of her pregnancy. Fortunately, things are getting better for Middleton as she nears her delivery date.

"[She is] enjoying her later months of pregnancy and feeling great," a source told Us Weekly. "It's amazing what a difference the later trimesters feel like compared to the early days, which she really struggled with more than ever this time."

In September, the palace announced that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third royal baby. Along with the announcement was the admission that Middleton was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum which prompted her to cancel some of her royal engagements. In fact, she was not able to escort Prince George on his first day of school.

"As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum," the palace wrote. "Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today. The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace."

In October, things have become better for the expectant mom. In fact, Middleton's family was convinced that the worse of her condition was already behind them. "She has such a rotten time during this early month," a source told E! News. "But she's out of the woods now and doing well."

On the same month, Middleton returned to her royal duties. On Oct. 11, she hosted the reception for World Mental Health Day that honored the people working in the mental health sector across the U.K.

Middleton debuted her baby bump at the event. She arrived with Prince William and Prince Harry. The royal trio is active mental health advocates.

Middleton and Prince William will be hosting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle this holiday at their home in Anmer Hall in Sandringham. It will be the best time for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to teach the bride-to-be the ins and outs as she prepares to be a full time royal.

Since Middleton returns to her royal duties, the pregnant mom is not slowing down. After the holidays, she and Prince William will be flying to Norway and Sweden for an official visit.
