Kate Middleton stepped out on Sunday sporting a very new look. The Duchess of Cambridge, who was on her way to Crathie Kirk Church in Scotland with husband Prince William, recently switched up her hairstyle and is now rocking bangs.

Middleton was photographed riding in the passenger seat of a black Range Rover with half her hair pulled back and cheekbone length bangs framing her face. Middleton's new hairstyle is most likely courtesy of her hairdresser Amanda Cook Tucker, who styled the 33-year-old's brunette tresses in May following the birth of her daughter Princess Charlotte. Middleton's hair has always been a hot topic. Typically, the Duchess is seen in public wearing a part down the middle with loose flowing curls. However, in July the mom of two was photographed at the America's Cup in Portsmouth with her hair pulled back in a loose ponytail. She was also seen earlier in July wearing her hair out in curls but had a few layers added in the front.

As previously reported, Middleton has been laying low the past couple of months. The British royal, who gave birth to her second child on May 2, has been on a four-month maternity leave but is expected to resume her royal duties later this week. First up on her agenda is a visit to the Anna Freud Centre, a child mental health research and treatment center in London, on Sept. 17. Following that engagement, Middleton will join Prince William and Prince Harry at the Rugby World Cup 2015.
