Kate Middleton recently sparked rumors that she could be pregnant with her fourth child.

During her recent outing in Dublin, Ireland, the Duchess of Cambridge was photographed wearing an all-green ensemble. She was also seen smiling from ear to ear while both of her hands are placed carefully on her abdominal area.

At first glance, Prince William’s wife seems to be sporting a growing baby bump. However, it is also possible that her stomach area seems to be bulging because she’s wearing layers of clothes.

Life & Style further strengthened the speculations by saying that the future queen avoided alcohol during her trip to an Irish pub with her husband. An insider also told the tabloid that the Duchess of Cambridge seemingly gained a few pounds.

“Kate started feeling really tired nearly three months ago, which makes them think she is entering her second trimester and is due in August. The rumor is she surprised William with the happy news on Valentine’s Day. He thought three kids was enough, but a fourth would leave him overjoyed. He loves being a dad. They’ll have their hands full with four, but will make it work,” the source said.

Unfortunately, only the fact that the Duchess of Cambridge held on to her stomach and that she seemingly faked sipping her Guinness is true. The other claims made by the tabloid should be taken with a grain of salt.

During Middleton’s first three pregnancies, the future queen took a step back from her royal duties because she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum or extreme morning sickness.

Body language expert Judi James said that Middleton stepping back from her royal duties is actually the best way to determine if she’s pregnant. The expert said that the gesture of holding on to her stomach has been unreliable because the Duchess of Cambridge does this even when she’s not expecting.

“The best way to tell when she is pregnant is when she vanishes off the royal circular because she sadly suffers from severe morning sickness, so she does tend to vanish quite quickly,” she told Express.
