Kate Middleton, Prince William Enjoy Ski Trip With George, Louis, Charlotte

Kate Middleton and Prince William are reportedly spending time with their three children this week, taking a break from royal engagements to have some family bonding time.

Prince George, 5, and Princess Charlotte, 3, are apparently on their half-term break from Thomas's Battersea and Willcocks Nursery School, respectively. Middleton and Prince William reportedly took this opportunity to enjoy some downtime and headed to the ski-slopes with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, 9 months, The Sun's Hayley Richardson has learned.

This wouldn't be the first time that Middleton and Prince William have taken their kids on a ski trip. Back in 2016, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to the Alpine village of Courchevel in Les Trois Vallées, France for a family holiday with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who were only 2 years and 10 months old, respectively.

At the time, only one photographer had been allowed to take photos of the Cambridge family during their ski trip, and only six carefully pictures of them were released to media, according to Daily Mail. This was a change from royal ski holidays in the past, where many photographers would be invited to capture the royal family relaxing on the slopes.

Like their latest ski trip, details about this getaway have also been kept under wraps. No photos from their latest winter getaway have been released yet, and it's possible that Middleton and Prince William will also control the images from and information about this trip by inviting only a limited number of photographers.

Their winter getaway comes amid reports that Meghan Markle jetted off to New York for a star-studded baby shower. Middleton was noticeably absent from the bash, which was attended by Amal Clooney, Serena Williams and the rest of the former "Suits" star's closest pals, according to People.

The bash reportedly cost $300,000 and was held at a penthouse in a Manhattan hotel that cost $75,000 a night.

Markle and George Clooney's wife, Amal, are said to have been pals for years now. They were reportedly introduced to each other by their husbands, who have been close friends for many years.
