Kate Middleton and Prince William’s daughter won’t be addressed as “princess” in her new school.

Princess Charlotte will be joining Prince George at Thomas’s Battersea in London this week. Although the 4-year-old royal is known around the world as “Princess Charlotte,” she won’t be addressed as such in her new school.

According to Hanna Fillingham of Hello! Prince William and Middleton’s only daughter will simply be known as “Charlotte Cambridge” to her teachers and new friends. Her older brother, Prince George, is also known as “George Cambridge” in school.

This approach was also applied by Prince William and Prince Harry when they were still attending school. Both took Prince Charles’ title Wales as their surname.

Princess Charlotte’s curriculum includes French, Computing, Art, Music, Drama and Ballet. She will also move through a variety of handwriting stages including drawing, writing scribbles and random letters.

The school offers a fun learning experience for its students. It also teaches kids to “learn to have a go and persevere; be creative and solve problems, form good relationships; be safe, secure and happy.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be paying less for Princess Charlotte’s education. According to the school’s website, fees are reduced for every child of the same family. The fees for reception and year two currently stand at $7,816 per term. However, for the second child, the cost goes down to $7,665. The fee will further reduce to $7,039 for the third child and $6,255 for the fourth one.

Prince George is expected to help his younger sister adjust to her new school. Royal expert Penny Junor is positive that Prince William and Middleton’s eldest son will be looking after his younger sister.

“Prince George is a very protective and lovely older brother,” Junor said. “I’m sure he’ll look after his little sister and take great pride in showing her the ropes.”

In related news, Princess Charlotte and Prince George may have inherited their love for dancing from Prince William. In an adorable clip, the Duke of Cambridge showed off his rare dance moves when he was younger.
