“Keeping Up With the Kardashian” is celebrating the National Boss Day, which is on Oct. 16. The family member they have chosen to honor is Kim Kardashian, who has established herself as a strong businesswoman and a well known celebrity and advocate of social issues.

The official Instagram page of the TV series shared a throwback picture of Kim from her teen years. “ Kween Kim over here making it look easy,” the post was captioned along with hashtags of “Like A Boss Day” and “National Boss Day.”

While Kim may make it look easy in her pictures and on the show, the journey to being a successful businesswoman has been a long one. She started this journey as a teenager by selling clothes on eBay. She learnt her first business lessons from her dad and learnt how to manage a large business over the years through her efforts.

“As a successful social media entrepreneur, Kim’s fame is a powerhouse for success and social good,” the post reads. The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star owns KKW Beauty, a cosmetics and beauty products company. She has also been using her fame to fight for social justice issues and she is currently studying hard to become a lawyer.

While Kim learnt the basic business skills from her dad, she must have had some inspiration from her mom, who is also a successful media personality and business manager. Kris Jenner rose to fame with her talk show “Kris,” and then the success of her family’s reality TV series has made her a millionaire.

The official Twitter page of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” honoured Jenner too on the National Boss day. The other members of the family Kylie, Kendall, and Kourtney also have their own business ventures. Kylie has earned the tag of being the youngest self-made billionaire, and she recently gave her fans a tour of her beautiful office.
