Kennedy Chronicles
Kennedy, a former MTV VJ during the 1990s, reveals in "The Kennedy Chronicles" that Michael Jordan once tried to win her virginity in a dice game. Publicity Still

It’s probably safe to say that Michael Jordan didn’t have to work too hard to find female companionship in the 1990s. However, Kennedy, a former MTV VJ, reveals in her new book that the NBA legend once tried to win her virginity in a dice game.

In her new memoir, entitled “The Kennedy Chronicles: The Golden Age of MTV Through Rose-Colored Glasses,” Kennedy claims that Jordan tried to negotiate a sexual encounter based on the results of a 1995 dice game, according to an excerpt obtained by TMZ. The former MTV VJ, whose real name is Lisa Kennedy Montgomery, adds that she was still a virgin at the time.

According to Kennedy’s account, she was having dinner with Jordan and Russell Simmons at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom, when the former Chicago Bulls star pulled out a pair of dice, TMZ reports. Jordan allegedly said that it was “time to play for something,” telling Kennedy, “If I win, you come back to my hotel room with me tonight.”

Kennedy writes that she was freaked out by Jordan’s request, because she was still a virgin and was afraid that his penis would “eviscerate [her] from the inside out.” When she asked if they could play dice for Knicks tickets instead, Jordan allegedly reminded her that he was married and offered Nets tickets as a consolation, TMZ reports. “Sure, he’ll filet my [vagina] like a sea bass if he won at dice on a men’s room floor,” Kennedy writes, “but as soon as I want basketball tickets he’s a Promise Keeper? Whatevs.”

In any event, Kennedy claims to have won the dice game, negating Jordan’s alleged attempts to take her virginity. According to TMZ, Jordan has yet to respond to Kennedy’s allegations.

A former “VJ,” or “video jockey” during MTV’s so-called “Golden Age,” Kennedy earned national fame as the host of the late-night rock program “Alternative Nation.” Nowadays, she contributes to Reason.com and makes occasional appearances on the Fox News program “Red Eye w/Greg Gutfield.”
