Yes, Kevin Durant can’t get enough of “Snacks”.

The injured Brooklyn Nets star sent the internet sensation Thomas “Snacks” Lee his signed jersey after a video of him went viral for the past couple of days. A self-confessed KD fan, Snacks became an overnight celebrity after the game that he played where he sank a three-pointer from way beyond the three-point line.

During the senior night, his role as the Team Manager after spending four years at the sidelines suddenly changed and he’s become the most popular player that Jackson State University. Snacks got his nickname from – you guessed it – his habit of bringing snacks for the team during practice.

In a video produced for the school’s Sports Director, Snacks said that he felt confident taking the shot that he took. “I practice this shot probably every day, just about every day,” said Lee. He also revealed that he’s been playing a shooting game with the team with the markings on the parquet as a marker.

With his unexpected rise, the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) named him as the conference’s player of the week after norming three points in two minutes with millions of views all around the world. It was also his first game ever since being part of the team in 2015.

And Snacks himself is proud of the stat line that he’s got at the end of that game as the JSU Tigers’ social media account shared it on their page.

Snacks is wearing no. 35 because of his favorite player Kevin Durant and ESPN just posted a photo of him holding a Kevin Durant-signed Brooklyn Nets jersey but the numbers, though, didn’t match as the former league MVP changed his jersey number from no. 35 to no. 7.

Durant hasn’t played this season just yet for Brooklyn as he is still rehabbing his Achilles tendon he suffered during the NBA Finals series against the Toronto Raptors last season when he was still part of the Golden State Warriors.
