  • Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson both attended a birthday party for LeBron James' wife, Savannah, a report says
  • Kardashian and Thompson reportedly arrived and left the event separately
  • The "KUWTK" star ranted on Twitter on the same day about people making up "fake" stories about her

Khloe Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson were spotted at the same event over the weekend, months after their split, according to a report.

On Saturday, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, 37, and the Sacramento Kings player, 30, were both photographed at the birthday party of LeBron James' wife, Savannah Brinson, who turned 35 Friday, TMZ reported.

However, they didn't arrive and leave the event together, according to the outlet. Thompson arrived at the West Hollywood, California, bash in a black Rolls Royce, while Kardashian showed up in a black Escalade.

A video from the party showed Kardashian and Thompson standing in the back of The Classic Cat restaurant in WeHo, where the bash was held, during a performance by Giveon. Screenshots from The Shade Room also showed the two of them together at the event.

Despite this, the former couple, who shares 3-year-old daughter True, are not back together, with the exes' mutual friends said to be the ones who got Kardashian and the NBA player there, TMZ said, citing unnamed sources.

Kardashian shared on Instagram a snap of herself from the evening, showing off her body-hugging mini dress with long sleeves and thigh-high boots as she posed on a black SUV.

"Pretending to be a night owl," she wrote in the caption.

Aside from the exes, a slew of celebrities and NBA stars were also present at the party, according to TMZ. Adele and James' agent Rich Paul, who sparked dating rumors last month, were spotted at the star-studded celebration, along with Chris Paul, Chris Bosh, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony.

On the same day, Kardashian took to Twitter to call out the people allegedly "creating fake s--t about her," though the reality star didn't go into detail regarding what these "fake" stories were about.

"HA! some of y’all really just make up anything and swear it’s the truth as if you know what’s going on. The truth is never good enough… or juicy enough. So you create a narrative that fits what you choose to believe," she wrote.

Kardashian received supportive messages from her followers after she posted her rant.

"That’s why I’m trying to stay away from social media as much as I can. People are so mean for no reason and they believe in the things they literally create in their head. I’m so sorry, I love you and I will always be here!" one wrote.

"Misery loves company honey! Miserable f--king internet trolls!" another follower commented.

Kardashian replied to the follower writing, "It is so old at this point. It’s always something about people creating fake s--t about me and actually terrorizing me about something THEY ARE CREATING. Without anyone knowing any facts. It’s some weirdo s--t."
