Khloe Kardashian is opening up about her brother Rob’s depression, and placing some of the blame on Lamar Odom. For the past couple of seasons of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Rob has become more and more distant from his family, and his weight has steadily increased.

As previously reported, Rob also is said to be using drugs. In June, InTouch reported, “He’d just lie around his place smoking weed, doing drugs, watching movies and eating.” A friend said, "He said he ‘needed’ the pills.” In addition to sizzurp (a drug cocktail), Rob is also allegedly taking Norco, Percocet and Xanax. Norco (acetaminophen and hydrocodone) is used to relieve moderate to severe pain, as is Percocet. Xanax is an anti-anxiety drug.

On a recent episode of the show, Khloe spoke about Rob’s issues, and though she does not mention drugs specifically, she does say his problems stem from when he lived with Khloe and Lamar in their mansion. “Rob has said, ‘being in that house it was so dark and it made me do dark things,’” Khloe said. “Only Rob and Lamar know what happening the house and what’s going on.”

Meanwhile, despite making fewer appearances on “KUWTK” in order to focus on himself, Rob does not seem to be getting any healthier. He was spotted in Malibu on Monday, hanging out with friends, and looks even larger than before. He did not seem to be too happy to see photographers, and walked back into his home after noticing the cameras.

"Rob is living in L.A. right now and he's doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff," mother Kris Jenner told E! last month, without going into details. "My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff."
