Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom may have already officially ended their marriage, but the love and concern they have for each other still remain.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, for one, has her ex-husband's best interests at heart. In a recent episode of her reality show, Kardashian told her sister Kylie Jenner that she's scared Odom will return to his old ways, according to Entertainment Tonight.

“He was like, 'I'm having really bad cravings,'” Kardashian said. “I was like, 'You should talk to someone. I don't know how to help you, I wish I did.'”

Kardashian also told her sister Kourtney that she sees no other outcome for Odom's condition but death.

Prior to Khloe's statements, Odom was reportedly booted off an aircraft because he was too drunk, according to the Los Angeles Times. Around the same time the story broke, Khloe took to Twitter to post a sad face emoji.

Odom has a long history with substance abuse. The former Los Angeles Lakers baller almost died after overdosing on cocaine, alcohol and an herbal sexual supplement in Nevada in Oct. 2015. Khloe has tried to put Odom into rehab, but the former athlete had been spotted drinking at clubs once he recovered and got out of the hospital.

Khloe took Odom under her wing after he was discharged from the hospital, but Odom is now living with friends. Their divorce has also been finalized.

Khloe filed for divorce from Odom in 2013 but put it on hold during the basketball player's recovery. The papers were filed again in May, and Odom agreed to sign them in July.

A source close to the reality star reportedly told People that she has lost hope that Odom would ever get his act together.

“It's just ridiculous at this point,” the source said.
