Khloe Kardashian has flaunted her toned back in a new Instagram post. The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star took to the social media platform Tuesday to share before-and-after photos of her back to show off her body transformation after three months of working out.

“Let’s go @coachjoe.paris we are sculpting my back and arms,” she captioned her post. The first photo features the “after” shot and shows Khloe holding a dumbbell while standing in front of a mirror. The second photo, which is the “before” photo, shows her sitting down while lifting weights.

The two photos, which were taken three months apart, show Khloe’s back on full display. The post earned positive comments from Khloe’s A-list friends, including Adrienne Bailon, who wrote, “Wow, you look incredible. Inspired seriously—lemme go get my life (and my back & arms) together. Lol.”

American TV personality Jonathan Cheban, whose new legal name is Foodgod, also commented on the post, writing, “Baby got back? Lol.”

Hours before her body transformation post, Khloe made headlines after posting a steamy selfie on Instagram to show off her Good American denim. The photo shows Khloe posing topless in a pair of baggy, light-wash jeans, revealing her defined midsection. “WE ARE DENIM,” she captioned her post. “Every size, every rise, every wash to serve your curves @goodamerican.”

Khloe embarked on her fitness journey after being body-shamed last year. In an interview with Health Magazine, she opened up about her experience being criticized for her own body and how it has influenced the way she is raising her daughter True.

“When it comes to food—I had so many issues,” she said. “It wasn’t from one person, I guess just from society or how people critiqued my body. So I don’t play when it comes to True. She’s very tall. People will always say, ‘She’s so big.’ And I’ll say, ‘Oh, she’s so tall.’ I try to make them be more descriptive. I know what an adult means when they say that, but I don’t want her to misinterpret that.”
