Lifetime’s “Killer in the Guest House” may just be an Air BnB host’s worst nightmare. The network’s original thriller stars Chelsea Hobbs and Marcus Rosner.

“Gina, a struggling fashion photographer, is forced to rent out her guest house as a means of paying the mortgage,” a synopsis for the film reads. “But when her new tenant, Mark, a hunky pilot, is revealed to be a dangerous and womanizing con-man, Gina finds herself in the shoot of her life.”

As the trailer reveals, things start to heat up after Gina asks her new tenant to model for her. After the two’s professional relationship develops into a romantic connection, Mark’s crazy side begins to reveal itself. His character is shown planting hidden cameras and engaging in violent fits of rage.

“It takes a long time to see who people really are,” Mark allusively tells Gina in the preview.

The question is will Gina be able to evict her new resident without losing her life?

Chelsea Hobbs spearheads the film as Gina. Hobbs’ previous credits include her role as Emily Kmetkoin the ABC series “Make It or Break It.” She’s also appeared in “UnReal” as Charlie, “Lords of Dogtown” as Caroline and “Snow Queen” as Gerda.

Marcus Rosner embodies the film’s antagonist Mark. The actor also starred alongside Hobbs in the film “UnReal.” Rosner is famously known for his role in the film “Arrow” as Max Fuller. His other credits include his role as Jurgen in “Once Upon A Time” and Elliot Graverston in “Infidelity in Suburbia.”

As Best Movie Cast reports, other stars include Mathew Kevin Anderson (“Death Note”), Corina Bizim (“Pregnant at 17”), Aidan Kahn (“iZombie”), Sharon Taylor (“Bad Blood”) and Mark Humphrey (“When Calls the Heart”).

“Killer in the Guest House” premieres on Lifetime on Sunday at 8 p.m. EDT.
