Kim Kardashian Confirms She's Expecting Third Child With Husband Kanye West

As rumors swirl that three of the Kardashian-Jenner clan are expecting children, it appears one has finally broken her silence. Kim Kardashian, who is rumored to be to be expecting her own baby via surrogate, confirmed the pregnancy news Thursday in a new promotional video for Season 14 of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Towards the end of the minute-long teaser clip, which the 36-year-old reality star shared to her social media accounts, Kim Kardashian could be heard telling sister Khloé Kardashian — who is also rumored to be pregnant — that she and husband Kanye West are having another baby.

“What happens every time I say, ‘Guess what?’” Kim Kardashian asked her younger sister over a phone call.

Khloé Kardashian responded: “Pregnant — or the person’s pregnant.”

“We’re having a baby!” Kim Kardashian said.

Kim Kardashian currently has two children with her rapper-designer husband: 4-year-old daughter North West and 1-year-old son Saint West. The clip signals the first official proclamation from any of the three sisters who are currently rumored to be pregnant, who aside from Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian, 33, also includes Kylie Jenner, 20.

TMZ reported in June that Kim Kardashian and her husband had opted for a surrogate for their third child, citing her placenta accreta condition as reason for the decision. The couple is reported to have paid $45,000 to a surrogate through an agency, with additional fees should there be any multiples or problems with the surrogate’s reproductive organs.

“The entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate,” an unnamed source told People in June. “Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as the liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye.”
