KEY POINTS

  • North West lip-synched to Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror" in a new TikTok video
  • Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter sported a mustache and goatee in the clip
  • The "Donda" rapper was against the idea of North exposing herself on social media

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's eldest child, North West, is very comfortable in front of the camera.

North, 9, paid tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, with her pal on TikTok. She showed off her dance moves and music video acting skills as she lip-synched to the late singer's 1998 hit "Man In The Mirror."

In the clip, West hilariously sported a fake mustache and goatee. She applied shaving cream on it.

The video came nearly three years after North received several items from Jackson's wardrobe. According to Kardashian, her daughter was a huge fan of the "Smooth Criminal" singer.

"North is a really big Michael Jackson fan, and we knew she would love this," Kim shared in a video on her Instagram Story on Christmas Eve in 2019, E! News reported. "We won this on an auction for Northie for Christmas."

Among the things North received from Jackson's wardrobe was a jacket. According to the "Kardashians" star, they temporarily altered it to fit North, with the option of lengthening the body and sleeves as she grows.

"It can grow with her, and she can have this for her whole life," the celebrity mom added. "And she is so grateful and so excited."

While North seemed to be enjoying TikTok, her dad, Kanye, was not supportive of her being exposed on social media, even if she shared the account with her mom.

"I just got off the phone with Kim," the Yeezy designer was quoted by Us Weekly as saying in a since-deleted video on Instagram. "I told her to stop antagonizing me with this TikTok thing. I said, 'It's never again.' I am her father. I know y'all don't respect fathers and the idea of family, and the media tries to promote something. I said I am not allowing my daughter to be used by TikTok, by Disney. I have a say-so."

West and Kardashian finalized their divorce in November, nearly two years after they announced their split. They agreed to have "equal access" to their kids, and the "Donda" artist agreed to pay the reality star $200,000 a month for child support.

He only shoulders 50% of their children's security and educational expenses. The former couple share four kids, North, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
