Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are officially divorced.

After resolving property-related issues and child custody, Kardashian, 42, and West, 45, settled their divorce Monday, nearly two years after they announced their separation.

The exes agreed to joint custody with "equal access" to their four children, TMZ reported, citing the settlement. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum and the "Donda" artist share North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

Despite the documents saying they will have "equal access," Kardashian will have the kids the majority of the time, unnamed sources with direct knowledge told the outlet. West previously admitted that his ex-wife has their children "80% of the time" following their split.

The documents also stated that the musician will pay the reality star $200,000 a month for child support. The amount is due every first day of the month and must be wired to her account.

West will also be responsible for 50% of their kids' security and educational expenses, such as their tuition, according to the settlement.

In addition, both stars agreed to participate in mediation if they ever have a dispute regarding any one of their four kids, per the settlement.

However, if one of them fails to attend mediation, the other will get to make the decision in the dispute by default.

The division of assets was in accordance with their prenuptial agreement. The exes waived spousal support, according to the prenup.

West had gone through a dozen lawyers amid his divorce from Kardashian, TMZ reported. He initially refused to participate in resolving the divorce and had been vocal about wanting her back and making their family whole again.

"Kim's patience was tested, but she handled things calmly and ultimately Kanye came around," an unnamed source told TMZ.

Kardashian and West tied the knot on May 24, 2014. They announced their split in January 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. She filed for divorce in February 2021.

In March, over a year after she filed for divorce, Kardashian was declared legally single by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Steve Cochran. Following the ruling, she dropped "West" and returned to using only her famous family name.

During the hearing for her motion seeking the legal status, the Skims founder was asked if she wanted to change her name, and she said, "Yes." She also gave an affirmative response when asked if there was a breakdown in their marriage.

"After the judge read the questions and told her she now has her single status back, Kim smiled," an unnamed source told Page Six.
