Was Kim Kardashian’s act of kindness towards her brother, Rob, self-serving? Did she do it only to prove a point – that she is better than Kylie Jenner and all her other siblings?

Kardashian and Jenner rescued their brother’s clothing line, Halfway Dead, amidst the scandalous allegations that he and his business partners copied a skull logo from another brand. The dying company was reportedly brought back to life when Kim recently promoted the brand on Instagram and Twitter.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” actor re-tweeted Kim’s post on his Twitter account. Kardashian’s caption was just simple, “Halfway-Dead.com”

The shirt that Kardashian wore was reportedly the same shirt her sister Kylie Jenner posed when she helped Rob launched the clothing line earlier this year. The difference was, when Kim promoted his brand, Halfway Dead’s sales reportedly skyrocketed.

The thing is, an unidentified source revealed that Kim’s supposed act of kindness had an ulterior motive. The said insider allegedly said that Kim wanted everyone to know that the overall sales of Rob’s clothing line when Jenner was the one who promoted it was nowhere near compared to what they were in the past few days when she, of course, endorsed it, Radar Online reported.

The insider reportedly further added that Kim knew how influential she was in social media and that stroked her ego. It reportedly made her feel like she was the most powerful Kardashian.

Amid the controversies involving the Kardashians and Jenners, Rob was reportedly grateful of his sister’s help. He allegedly didn’t mind her taking full credit

After the news broke, Kardashian uploaded a snap of her and Kylie together on Twitter promoting their perfume collaboration. At the same time, Kanye West’s wife took it to Instagram and posted a picture of her and Jenner, outfits matched, with a caption that she wasn’t sure what to do without her sisters, Insider reported.

After which, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” actress uploaded a gif image of her and Jenner on her Twitter account, promoting the national sister’s day. The tweet was, “My #kkwxkylie Lip Set is 40% off for National Sister’s Day!!”

The allegations surrounding this issue were not confirmed or denied by neither the Kardashians nor the Jenners. The 21-year-old cosmetic mogul, however, seemed rather unfazed by the issue. In fact, it was previously reported that Jenner was in gratitude with her sisters and the entire family for their support.

Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner are successful in their own way, in their own chosen field. Despite the controversy their family is facing every day, the Kardashians and Jenners will always remain as siblings.
