  • Kim Kardashian has no desire to reconcile with Kanye West, according to her lawyer
  • The "KUWTK" star said irreconcilable differences led to the breakdown of their marriage
  • West and his legal team had been non-responsive to Kardashian's attempts to move the case forward

Kim Kardashian has no plans to get back with Kanye West based on the paperwork she recently filed in court.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star and the "Gold Digger" rapper parted ways earlier this year after being married for six years. Kardashian, 41, filed for divorce in February. In the past weeks, West, 44, — who now goes by Ye — tried to win back Kardashian, but there seems to be no hope for a reconciliation.

Kardashian's lawyer stated that she "has no desire to reconcile" with West, the new court documents from the reality star's camp obtained by E! News indicated.

"Irreconcilable differences have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage through counseling or other means," Kardashian’s camp added. "The continued maintenance of technical marital status between [Kim] and [Ye] serves no useful purpose, and there is no reason to maintain the legal relationship."

Kardashian is also asking the court to declare her legally single because her ex and his lawyers have "been non-responsive" to her attempts to "move this case forward to a speedy and amicable resolution."

The court documents also revealed that Kardashian will agree to "any conditions" that the court may impose just to finalize her divorce with West.

Meanwhile, an unnamed source spoke with Page Six and said the reality star filed to be legally single because she's embarrassed by West's attempts to win her back while dating model Vinetrial.

"Kim is making a statement by doubling down that she’s single," the source said. "She thinks it's strange that Kanye keeps saying he wants her back, but all the while he's got the [22-year-old] model [Vinetria] at his Malibu house."

Kardashian filed the paperwork in Los Angeles just hours after he professed his love for her during a performance of his track "Runaway" at the Free Larry Hoover concert at the Los Angeles Coliseum.

"I need you to run right back to me, baby. More specifically, Kimberly," he ad-libbed over vocals at the end of the track.

Kardashian was in the audience watching West's performance with their daughter, North. The exes have remained supportive of each other's careers following their split as they share four children North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.

At present, Kardashian is dating "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson. An unnamed tipster said that she is enjoying her time with him because he is "witty and laidback." Also, the comedian offers her an abundance of laughter.
