Although Kim Kardashian has had a rough couple of months following her Paris robbery last fall, the “Keeping Up With Kardashians” star has clarified rumors that she was once again the victim of a crime.

On Monday, the reality star let fans know that she was perfectly fine and that there was no truth to reports that she was attacked. “So @JonathanCheban just called me & asked if I was ok & read online I was attacked outside of Mr. Chow. Totally not true! Such weird rumors,” the starlet wrote.

Kardashian went on to tweet out an explanation of what happened that caused the speculation. “A random guy walks near me & almost bumped into me but he hit the parking meter. Not attacked me,” she tweeted. The star went on to say that she hoped the man was doing okay following their encounter.

The incident, which took place outside of the popular restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, on Sunday, involved a man carrying a backpack according to TMZ. In a video featured on the site, Kardashian can be seen walking with a friend and a bodyguard as they make their way to their car.

Kardashian, who is bombarded with flashing cameras, keeps her head down until the man comes into close contact with her. In the video, the E! star can be seen taking a step back while gasping when she realizes how close the man is to her.

Her bodyguard quickly grabs the man and pushes him away from the reality while she rushes to her waiting vehicle. In the background, the man can be seen hunched over looking as if he was injured.

During a trip to Paris in October 2016, Kardashian was held at gunpoint by robbers who stole millions of dollars worth of items from her. However, it looks like the latest news about the reality star being attacked was simply a misunderstanding.
