Kris Jenner Talks Grandkids And Spin-Off Show: ‘It’s A Little Too Early’

The Kardashian-Jenner clan rose to fame thanks to their reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” But now that several years and seasons have passed by, is it time to think of a spin-off show for their grandchildren?

Matriarch Kris Jenner is now a grandma to North and Saint West; Penelope, Mason and Reign Disick; as well as Dream Kardashian. Kim Kardashian is even expecting her third child, while reports have it that Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are also pregnant too.

It would be cute to see the Kardashian-Jenner grandkids take the spotlight in a show, but Kris told Variety that now is not yet the right time.

“I think that’s kind of pushing the envelope,” Jenner said. “I think it’s a little too early to start thinking about them. They’re amazing and when they’re around they are in the show but I think it’s a little too early for them to have any kind of spinoff.”

Kris added that everybody from their family loves being in the show, so they continue being passionate about it. “I think everybody has their breaks that they need from time to time. If somebody’s really had enough and they’re overwhelmed or they’re really crazy or they’re filming, everybody still is able to take a break for a minute and it still works out,” she said.

As for Kylie’s surprising pregnancy, the news was first reported by TMZ. She reportedly broke the news to her closest friends in Anaheim, California, where they attended this year’s Day N Night Fest. The event, which took place from Sept. 8 to 10, featured her boyfriend Travis Scott as one of its performers.

However, no one from the family has confirmed nor denied the report. Still, a source close to the lip kit mogul said that the pregnancy is real and Kylie couldn’t be more thrilled about it.

“They started telling friends a few weeks ago,” the source told PEOPLE. “The family has known for quite some time. She is really excited and so is Travis.”

Even though the pregnancy was completely “unexpected,” the source said that Jenner considers it an “amazing turn of events that she could not be more excited or thrilled about.”

“Everyone is overjoyed for her,” the source added. “This is the happiest she’s ever been.”
