Kristin Cavallari's former best friend Kelly Henderson addressed the rumors that she had an affair with Jay Cutler.

Last month, Cavallari and Cutler took to Instagram to announce their separation. Days after the announcement, Henderson shared a photo of her with a man wearing a bracelet similar to Cutler’s. The picture sparked speculations that she was seeing Cavallari’s ex-husband.

On Tuesday (May 19), Henderson appeared in iHeartRadio’s original podcast “All’s Fair” to set the record straight about the controversial photo. She denied the rumors and said she has nothing to do with Cutler.

“I'm just gonna go ahead and put this out there, there was never an affair, I have nothing to do with their divorce and I am not dating Jay Cutler,” Henderson said.

Henderson and Cavallari had a falling-out due to the rumors that the former had an affair with the latter’s husband. Cavallari accused Henderson of milking the rumors to get attention and opted to end their friendship.

Henderson said that she is no longer in touch with Cavallari and Cutler.

“We're not really in touch anymore, we had a little bit of a falling out last year, so I've kind of gotten some space from both of them,” she continued.

She added that she has been in a relationship with her boyfriend for quite some time. However, she decided to not reveal his identity because he is a private person.

“He is a very private person and I respect that,” Henderson explained.

“You know, him and his kids are a huge part of my life now, but I try to keep them out of the public part of my life because it's not what they signed up for.”

Meanwhile, Cavallari said earlier that she wasn’t upset about the rumors between Cutler and Henderson because she knew that they were not true. However, she was disappointed with how Henderson “went about it.” Cavallari felt that she lost her friend.

In one episode of “Very Cavallari,” the reality star confessed that she tried to save her relationship with Henderson, who never apologized over the issue. Cavallari insisted that she didn’t believe the rumors but was irked that Henderson continued to mention Cutler on social media which only “fueled the fire.”

“I almost feel like I’m grieving Kelly and that relationship, it’s a huge loss in my life,” Cavallari said about her falling-out with Henderson.
