Krystal Holloway, also known as River Cruz, testified on Thursday that she had an affair with George Anthony, the father of Casey Anthony who is accused of killing her two-year old daughter Caylee.
George Anthony, of Orange County in Florida, has previously denied having an affair with Holloway.
She said they began an intimate relationship in August of 2008, according to CNN.
Holloway says George confided to sometime in Thanksgiving of that year that Caylee's death was an accident.
She says she never asked George to elaborate. She also said George said he did not believe he was capable of raising someone who would to harm to her child, according to the report.
A Prosecutor accused Holloway of claiming an affair existed to make to embellish the story in the National Enquirer for which she received $4,000. Holloway denied it.
