Kylie Jenner chose to take a step away from the spotlight during her pregnancy, but, after giving birth to her baby girl, it seems like the new mom is ready to return to her old life.

On Sunday, Jenner announced the arrival of her first child with Travis Scott and seemed thrilled to finally be a mom, but sources have revealed the 20-year-old is eager to drop her baby weight and spend some quality time with her boyfriend.

“[Kylie] is relieved that her baby girl is here so she could share her ‘secret.’ She is looking forward to being out and about more,” an insider told People.

“She wanted her pregnancy to be low-key, but she misses parts of her old life. For now, she wants to rest and bond with her baby. But she is also excited about eventually getting back in shape and going on dates with Travis [Scott]. She says that she is ready to return to a more normal life,” the source added.

When Jenner announced her pregnancy, she apologized to fans for not addressing the rumors surrounding her baby bump.

“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world,” she said.

“I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how,” she explained.

Although there were rumors the Kardashian family was worried Jenner was too young to become a mother, it seems like they are supportive of her taking on motherhood. While appearing at the Rachel Zoe Collection Presentation and Dinner in Los Angeles on Monday, the reality star’s mom, Kris Jenner, reflected on her daughter’s newborn.

“She’s amazing. An amazing mom,” the 60-year-old gushed to People.

Meanwhile, her half-sibling Kim Kardashian congratulated her youngest sister following the birth of her baby girl.

“Mommy Kylie!!! You did it!!! I’m so incredibly proud of the woman you have grown up to be and I know that you are going to be the best mom to your new baby girl,” she wrote on her website.

Jenner and Scott have yet to share the name of their baby girl who was born on Feb. 1.
