Kendall Jenner
The "Kendall Jenner Challenge" might be the new trend after the one named after Kylie was deemed dangerous. Reuters

Kylie Jenner has not issued a statement since thousands of other teens started sucking on shot glasses in the lip challenge to try to achieve her pout. The challenge went rival Monday, but the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”star, who is no stranger to issuing social media reactions, remained silent.

Instead, the last tweets the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister issued were to promote the family reality show. Since then, she has stayed off Twitter.

Dermatologists have spoken out against the challenge and deemed it dangerous. Other social media users have dubbed it silly (actually they used much stronger terms). While the teen’s claim to fame is her over-sized lips, sister Kendall Jenner is known as a top super model.

As a way to promote a more natural beauty, some people have tried to make the “Kendall Jenner Challenge” a trend. While some said they wanted to obtain a figure like the model, others admired her style.

Others, however, just confused Kendall for Kylie, and still talked about the lip challenge.

It’s widely believed Kylie has had plastic surgery to achieve her larger-than-life pout, but she vehemently denies it. She recently sat down with Grazia magazine and asked for everyone to stop talking about her lips.

“I'm like, ‘Stop talking about my lips,' " she told the mag. "I haven't had plastic surgery. I've never been under the knife. People flash back to pictures of me when I was 12 and say ‘Kylie's so different,’ but how can I look the same from 12 to 18?”

For her part, Kendall has not said anything about her trend either. To "keep up" with all the latest Kardashian drama, check out Season 10 of “KUWTK” on E! every Sunday at 9 p.m. EDT.
