Lamar Odom wants ex-wife Khloe Kardashian back in his life.

On Monday's episode of "Celebrity Big Brother," Odom, 42, opened up to co-stars Cynthia Bailey, Carson Kressley and Miesha "Cupcake" Tate about his and Kardashian's past romance.

The former basketball player and the 37-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star tied the knot in 2009 after only one month of dating. They split in 2013, and their divorce was finalized in 2016. Six years later, Odom said he is still hopeful for a reconciliation with Kardashian.

After Bailey pointed out that Kardashian seemed to be the love of Odom's life based on the way he talks about the reality star, the former athlete admitted he's "never thought about getting married again" following their divorce, according to People.

Odom also acknowledged that their breakup was a big regret of his, saying, "I didn't treat that good woman right."

He went on to tell his castmates that he wished he was "mature enough" back then. He then vowed that if he was given another chance to rekindle his romance with Kardashian, he would "know what to do and what not to do."

Bailey suggested that Odom contact the reality star after "Celebrity Big Brother." He confirmed that this was his plan and would "try my damndest."

"I would probably just want to take her to dinner," he continued in a confessional. "It would be a blessing just to be in her presence to just tell her I'm sorry and what a fool I was. She has the right to never see me again for the things I put her through, but time moves on and people change. I would say I'm a lot more loyal now."

The former NBA player also admitted that he "sometimes" loses sleep over Kardashian. He said he had trouble falling asleep that night, which led him to leave his bed and take a brief walk around the house. "This experience has been life-changing," he noted.

Prior to his conversation with his housemates, Odom reflected on what went wrong in his marriage to the "Revenge Body" star. He said he realized that he had a lot of shortcomings when they were together.

"When I married Khloé, there [were] just so many things I did wrong when it came to that relationship," he told the cameras. "If I could take [it] back, of course, I would take it back. It was never my intention to hurt her but my head just wasn't in the right place. I wasn't taking care of myself."

It wasn't the first time that Odom had opened up about his desire to reconnect with Kardashian. Last month, he commented on a Facebook post about Tristan Thompson's paternity drama, saying he hopes to be in Kardashian's circle again.

"I truly wish nothing but the best for her and I'm hoping we can reconnect and talk one day as friends," Odom wrote, as shown in the screenshot obtained by Comments By Celebs. "She is a good person and deserves the world."

Kardashian was in an on-and-off relationship with Thompson and shares 3-year-old daughter True with the NBA player.

They recently split for good after Thompson, 30, fathered a child with a woman named Maralee Nichols. He also shares 5-year-old son Prince with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.

Odom, meanwhile, was briefly engaged to fitness influencer Sabrina Parr following his divorce from Kardashian.
