Legends Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, having dominated European soccer for over a decade, reportedly could end their careers by playing for the same club.

Co-owned by one of the greatest soccer players of all time, Inter Miami of Major League Soccer (MLS) could bag the dream attacking duo of Messi and Ronaldo when the stars decide to end their European careers.

It would be a dream-come-true to watch Messi and Ronaldo in the same jersey after watching the two to battle out for the tag of the greatest player of all-time all these years and David Beckham, co-owner of Inter Miami, reportedly could make this into reality.

According to the Mirror, Messi and Ronaldo will end their careers at Inter Miami if Beckham gets his wish. While it is understood that Inter Miami have begun to chalk out a plan to lure the glittering duo to the U.S., another MLS club LA Galaxy has been linked with a move for Messi.

MLS’ franchise, Minnesota United head’s coach Adrian Heath has insisted that Beckham has the potential to create a dream attacking duo in his Inter Miami.

“For Ronaldo and Messi, the two obvious destinations if they came to the MLS would be Los Angeles and Miami. And, with his links to both players and the plan Beckham and his backers have in place, I can really only see them going to Miami,” Heath said in an interview to the Mirror.

All has not been well in FC Barcelona and there have been several rumors that end of the current season could see the inevitable happen – Messi’s departure from Nou Camp. Even though Messi recently accepted that there have been internal issues in Barca, he still considers the club and the city his home and would want to end his career there.

On the other hand, Ronaldo has quite settled in Juventus and recently, he became the 20th player to make his 1000th senior appearance.
