'Little People, Big World' Star Amy Roloff’s Wedding On Hold Due To COVID-19 Pandemic

"Little People, Big World" star Zach Roloff said his mom Amy Roloff and Chris Marek's wedding is now on hold after the couple decided to postpone it due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zach spoke with Us Weekly while promoting the upcoming season of "Little People, Big World." According to him, there is no wedding date yet and there is no wedding venue either. Amy and her husband-to-be have decided to just put their nuptials "on hold."

"I think they put a lot of that on hold right now," he said on Tuesday.

Zach explained that "no venues" seem to be accepting dates and it slowed down Amy and Chris' progress in planning their nuptials. Initially, they wanted to tie the knot next summer, but their plans have been put on hold.

"They want to get married next summer. But I think it’s, yeah, I think all that’s on hold for a second," he added.

Amy and Marek got engaged in September 2019. Amy was previously married to Matt Roloff and they share four children together, Zach, Jeremy, (both 30), Molly, 27, and Jacob, 23.

Amy had a rocky past with Matt and his partner Caryn Chandler, but she said her ex-husband and his girlfriend are welcome to their wedding.

"It’s not like they’re not going to be invited," she told Us Weekly in a previous interview.

"They’re welcome if they’d like to come. We don’t want anyone coming to our wedding out of obligation. The wedding is supposed to be about good friends and close family. I like Matt; I get along with him fine — and Caryn. But we’re not friends that hang out. We don’t do things together."

Amy filed for divorce from Matt in June 2015. Although Matt and Caryn are going to be invited to the wedding, the bride-to-be doesn't expect them to attend because of their past. But she has opened her doors to the possibility of having them on her big day when she said, "But the past is the past. Things can change in the future. We’ll see."

According to Zach, his parents don't see each other a lot, but they are getting along just fine. For him, it's understandable if they don't see much because there is no reason for them to interact.
