‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ Season 6 Reunion: 7 Things To Expect From The Two-Part Special

Season 6 of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: New York” is quickly coming to an end. The first part of the reunion special airs Monday, and it’s believed that it will be just as intense as this season. The network hasn’t yet released a promotional video of the reunion, but here are seven things you can expect from the special.

Amina Buddafly Pregnancy Rumors

Speculation Amina may be pregnant again began in January after the taping of the reunion in New York. Photographs of the special popped up online showing Amina sporting what some believed to be a small baby bump, but she has yet to address the rumors. According to several reports, the singer will make the baby announcement during the reunion.

Remy Ma Pregnancy Rumors

Reports surfaced this week that the “Hands Down” rapper and her husband, Papoose, are expecting their first child together. They both have kids from previous relationships, but Papoose made it clear on the show that he wanted a baby with Remy. She told him she didn’t want to get pregnant until after their wedding ceremony, which aired during Monday’s finale. Starcasm claimed Remy tells her castmates during the special that she and Papoose are finally expecting a baby together.

Peter Gunz’s Love Triangle

Fans should expect to hear more from Peter about his love triangle with Amina and Tara Wallace. In the past few episodes, Peter has attempted to fix things with his wife and ex. In the finale, fans saw Peter tell Amina that he wanted to get a vasectomy so he wouldn’t bring any more kids into their drama. Of course, Amina didn’t handle the news well, so we’re sure the couple will address their issues during the reunion.

DJ Self’s Love Triangle

Peter wasn’t the only “Love & Hip Hop: New York” cast member in a love triangle. DJ Self’s drama with Yorma Hernandez didn’t get as much screen time, but the radio personality went through a bunch of relationship issues with his girlfriend and another woman named Rose. In one episode, Yorma broke up with Self after she found out about Rose. TheYBF also reported that Rose reveals during the reunion that Self got her pregnant, but she decided not to keep the baby.

MariahLynn’s Feuds

MariahLynn, who was a newcomer on the show this season, had a quite a few beefs with her castmates. The New Jersey rapper got into several fights with BBOD members Moe Money and Sexxy Lexxy, as well as an argument with Rich Dollaz and Cisco Rosado.

Yandy Smith’s And Rah Ali’s Feud

Another feud expected to be addressed is the beef between Yandy and Rah. There’s been some awkwardness around them all season over who is the better manager, and Rah was not happy when her BFF Remy picked Yandy to help plan her wedding. Rah and Yandy also had some issues when the former attacked one of the latter’s friends at Self’s cypher.

Tara Wallace Pregnancy Update

By now everybody knows Tara gave birth to a boy named Gunner, who is her third child with Peter. When the reunion was taped, however, she was still pregnant, so we’re sure her pregnancy and relationship with Peter and Amina will be a main topic of discussion during the special.

Part 1 of the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” Season 6 reunion airs on VH1 Monday at 8 p.m. EDT.
