Mama June Shannon’s estranged daughter Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell just showed off her new hair color on social media.

On Thursday, the 26-year-old former reality TV star took to Instagram to share a snap she took after she dyed her hair purple. In the photo, a makeup-free Anna is seen smiling to the camera while placing her purple-stained hands on either side of her face.

“Well ur girl went purple yes I gave up on the gloves#yolo lol but I kinda love it,” she captioned her post.

Many fans quickly flooded the comments section with different reactions to what Anna did to her hair.

“It looks SO good!! Suits you so well!!” one wrote.

“It’s ok for a week or month, kind of fun … and cute …but you are far more beautiful as a blonde,” another opined.

“I love it..!! It looks soo good on you…!!!” a third user commented.

Anna made headlines in early June when she reunited with her controversial mom at her sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon’s baby shower.

At the family gathering in Gordon, Georgia, the 41-year-old reality star was photographed with all four of her daughter, Anna, Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon, 24, Pumpkin, 21, and Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 15.

It was the first time Mama June and Anna were seen together in public since the latter sued her mom for $300,000 in 2015, claiming that she and her daughter Kaitlyn were not paid for their appearances on their former reality show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”

In an interview with Page Six following their reunion, Mama June admitted that she felt some slight awkwardness seeing Anna and her partner at the party but insisted that the encounter was overall “great.”

However, Anna maintained in an exclusive interview with The Sun that she still has “no relationship” with Mama June after the reunion because the latter “never apologized” for her past mistakes.

“You know, I've never had a conversation with her where she was like ‘Oh I'm sorry for what happened or, I'm sorry for this. It’s like she is always brushing everything off and like acting like everything is fine and nothing happened,” she was quoted as saying by the outlet.

“When we do see each other we talk, but I feel like she just tries to avoid me in a way. I don't try to force the relationship; if she don’t want one, she don't want one,” she added.

Anna is the only daughter of Mama June who does not appear on their family’s We TV reality series “Mama June: From Not To Hot.”
