Brie Larson has been working hard as she prepares for her superhero movie "The Marvels." The actress took to Twitter on Wednesday to share an impressive one-hand push-up video.

"The Marvels" will be a sequel to the 2019 movie "Captain Marvel."

"One arm push-ups and @Olivia_Rodrigo karaoke to start the day. She's thriving," the 31-year-old actress posted along with a video in which she did three reps of push-ups.

Fans couldn't stop gushing over the actress. One fan commented, "queen of gym too."

One user wrote, "You're absolutely sensational and incredible, I love everything that you do," while another user said, "Damn Good effort and accomplishment Brie...I can do push-ups still at my age of 54...but I no way in hell could do just 1 One Arm Pushup let alone more these days."

The actress also took to Instagram on Sunday to flaunt her bikini body. In the photo, the actress had a sun-kissed glow as she posed near a pool in a black bikini.

The actress has been aggressively training for the superhero movie and keeping her social media fans updated about her workout regime. A few weeks ago, the actress shared another workout training video.

"Only @mileycyrus can bring out my superhuman strength needed to complete @risemovement’s workouts," she wrote. Larson credited Miley Cyrus in the caption as her song "Midnight Sky" can be heard in the background.

The filming of the "Captain Marvel" sequel began on April 9 in New Jersey. Marvel Studios revealed that the sequel will be titled "The Marvels." The movie was scheduled to release in July next year, but was pushed to Nov. 11, 2022.

"The Marvels" is part of Marvel Cinematic Universe's phase-4 movies, which also include "Black Widow," "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings," "Eternals," "Spider-Man: No Way Home," "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania."

Larson was spotted with her boyfriend Elijah Allan-Blitz in Hawaii last month. Larson wore a white one-piece swimsuit with butterfly prints while Allan-Blitz donned a pair of black shorts.
