Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green might be headed for divorce. The actors, who have been married for five years, have reportedly separated.

“Megan has separated from Brian,” a source told Us Weekly. “They decided on it six months ago.”

Fox’s career may have been a source of tension in their 11-year relationship. The actress, 29, recently wrapped filming “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2,” and her film “Zeroville,” directed by James Franco, is expected to debut later this year. However, Green is reportedly worried about his wife spending time away from her family.

“They fight about her career,” an insider told the Daily Mail. The source said that Green, 42, wants her to spend more time with their children. The couple has two kids together, Noah, 2, and Bohdi, 18 months.

Green and Fox married in 2010 and met on the set of “Hope and Faith” in 2004. Despite a 13-year age difference (Green was 31 while Fox was 18), the two felt a spark. “I didn’t know who he was from ‘90210,’ but I liked him right away,” Fox told the New York Times in 2009. “Everyone was around the monitor watching a scene, and Brian accidentally touched my leg. I remember literal electricity shooting through me and out me from every direction. It was like magic.”

Last year, Fox told Cosmopolitan that she didn’t think it was likely that she'd divorce her husband. “Brian and I have done everything you can do to ruin a relationship and we still love each other,” the former “Transformers” star said. “I don't want to be boastful and say that we would never divorce, but I can't imagine a scenario we couldn't work through.”

The actors have not commented on reports of their split.
