Meghan Markle was recently accused of using people to work her way up the social ladder.

Piers Morgan, who was friends with the Duchess of Sussex before she started dating Prince Harry, detailed his last encounter with the “Suits” alum.

After hanging out together, Markle opted to take a cab in London to go to a party where Prince Harry was. The day after, Markle and Prince Harry officially went out on a date. Ever since the couple started spending time together, Morgan said that he never heard from Markle again.

“I don’t like people that behave like that. It’s kind of rude… It showed me that she, I’m afraid, is probably a bit of a social climber,” he said.

Morgan went on to say that a lot of people seem to be drawn to the Duchess of Sussex and they like her. But he doesn’t think the same way because she sees Prince Harry’s wife as someone who needs to use others to work her way up.

“But good luck to Harry. I hope he knows what he is doing and if it all goes wrong, don’t come to me crying – I tried to warn you,” he said.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Morgan criticized Markle publicly. Ever since her and Prince Harry’s royal wedding, Morgan has been sharing his negative thoughts about Markle.

Last month, Morgan poked fun at Markle for writing inspiring messages addressed to sex workers on banana peels. The “Good Morning Britain” host called the move patronizing.

Morgan also joked about Markle and Prince Harry’s baby and said that it will most likely be born on April Fool’s Day. He also said that Baby Sussex will be raised as gender-fluid.

And earlier this month, Morgan threw shade at the Duke of Sussex by calling him a robot following his speech at the WE day event.
