Meghan Markle is reportedly hurt over Kate Middleton’s lack of effort to reach out to her when they reunited for the Commonwealth Day Service last week.

According to In Touch Weekly, the Duchess of Sussex tried to smile throughout the royal engagement but deep inside she was hurting. A source told the tabloid that Markle and Prince Harry took the first flight back to Canada after the engagement because they wanted to get out of London as quickly as possible.

A source told Daily Mail that Prince Harry and Markle were very upset when they found out about the procession plans at the royal engagement. Despite being president and vice president of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, the royal couple was still denied entry to the VIP group.

“It seems that they were quite sensitive and emotional about it. Although they are adamant about wanting to step down, they seem quite preoccupied with what status they will retain and the fact that Harry remains sixth in line to the throne as they made a point of saying on their new website the other day,” the source said.

But the source said that Prince William and Middleton actually tried to defuse the situation by offering to also walk to their seats even though they were supposed to enter through the VIP group.

Based on the source’s claims, Markle cannot possibly be upset with Middleton and her lack of effort to reach out to her. In the past, reports revealed that the sisters-in-law were just tied to Prince William and Prince Harry’s feud. After all, the royal siblings are the ones who have a falling out.

Two months after Prince Harry and Markle’s Megxit, LovetheSales.com revealed that Markle just lost her edge to Middleton when it comes to fashion. Prince Harry’s wife style influence has dropped from 216 percent to just 31 percent this year.
