Meghan Markle previously hinted at her relationship with Prince Harry even before they went public with their romance in 2016.

When the Duchess of Sussex first got introduced to the Duke of Sussex, she still was still very active on Instagram. The “Suits” alum regularly posted photos and her fans didn’t know that this might have been her way of confirming her budding relationship with the prince.

In June 2016, Markle was in London for a short break because she wasn’t filming for “Suits” in Canada. She posted a photo of herself from the trip, and little did everyone know that she started texting Prince Harry around the same time.

One month later, the royal couple went on their first date together. Prince Harry gifted Markle with a bouquet of pink peonies, and she shared a photo of the flowers on Instagram.

In the same month, Markle might have had the feeling that Prince Harry was the one for her because she posted a photo of a candy heart with the words “kiss me” on it on social media. She captioned the post with, “Lovehearts in London.”

Markle had to return to Toronto at the time, and she told her followers on Instagram that she was about to leave London. She also said that she was gutted to leave the beautiful country. Perhaps Markle didn’t want to be away from Prince Harry.

In September 2016, Markle posted a photo of herself wearing a stunning beaded bracelet. It was revealed that the accessory was a gift from Prince Harry. Around the same time, the Duke of Sussex was also photographed wearing a matching bracelet during her engagements.

And in December 2016, Markle’s adorable dog, Guy, was photographed wearing a British flag sweater. The former actress shared a picture of Guy on Instagram one month before Prince Harry introduced Markle to Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Prince Harry and Markle traveled back and forth from Canada to London to spend time with each other. During their engagement interview with BBC, the royal couple revealed that they never went longer than two weeks without seeing each other.
