Meghan Markle and Harry’s black and white Christmas card has raised some eyebrows.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were expected to release their holiday card just like the rest of the members of the royal family. Sending Christmas cards has been a tradition to the members of the Firm. Initially, many were disappointed when the palace said that they were still finalizing Prince Harry and Markle’s card.

Shortly after Kate Middleton and Prince William, and Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles sent out theirs, many shared the e-card they received from Prince Harry and Markle. It was another black and white photo just like their card last year. However, this time, their son Archie is taking the center stage. However, the card sparked controversy with some saying that it was “photoshopped.”

“Check out Meghan's face, it is photoshopped. Her face is clear and everything else is blurred. Archie's is also photo shopped,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Another netizen said that it was photoshopped because the rugs between Prince Harry and Markle were different. A different netizen opined that it was not surprising if they shared a photoshopped picture because it was typical for the “infamous couple.

Another social media user also said that based on the photo, Archie looks older and seems like he wasn’t born in May. “It’s photoshopped I don’t believe their all together ! And because she faked everything I don’t trust this photo ! This is all her fault!” @hrrysgreysuit wrote.

Meanwhile, it was reported that the couple sent out e-cards because it was more environmentally-friendly. However, the premise only backfired because many brought up the past issue of Prince Harry and Markle taking four private flights in 11 days.

Prince Harry and Markle are reportedly in Canada. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau even sent them a warm welcome on Twitter.

An insider said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were urged to return home for Christmas because it might be the last holiday with Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip due to their age and because the latter was hospitalized. However, they just ignored the request with some calling the couple “inconsiderate and selfish.”
