Meghan Markle looked simple yet chic during her first engagement for 2019, and here's how you can copy her look.

Last week, Markle stopped by Smart Works, one of her new patronages and a charity that assists unemployed women in finding jobs by supplying interview clothing and coaching. For the meeting, Prince Harry's wife, who is pregnant with their first child, looked effortlessly chic in a black maternity dress from Hatch collection and a $2,500 Oscar de la Renta cotton twill coat.

Markle also chose elegant accessories to go with her outfit. She sported a pair of Gianvito Rossi cow-print pumps, a Victora Beckham Vanity Box bag and KIMAI earrings.

For those who may not be able to afford the hefty price tag of the duchess' Oscar de la Renta coat, you can get cheaper alternatives online.

Meanwhile, during Markle's visit at Smart Works, she immediately got down to business by helping a woman named Patsy Wardally, 55, find an outfit for a job interview, People reported. The Duchess of Sussex assisted Wardally as the latter was being fitted with a patterned pink dress with a belted waist.

Markle also chose the accessories to go with her outfit and picked out a lovely camel-colored coat to complete her look.

Wardally had nothing but praise for Markle after her experience getting styled by the actress-turned-duchess. “It was so exhilarating to meet the Duchess. She picked out a Hobbs cape, a pair of earrings, a bracelet and a handbag for me," Wardally, a mom of three who had trained as a plumber but had to stop working 16 years ago to look after her daughter with autism, said.

“She chose things that were fantastic and now I feel much more confident and more beautiful,” she continued.
