Meghan Markle’s dad, Thomas Markle Sr., recently talked about Prince Harry is another explosive interview.

According to the former lighting director, he spoke with Prince Harry on the phone, and he hung up on him because he felt he was being rude. During his interview, Thomas also admitted to lying to Prince Harry about his involvement in the staged photos controversy just days before the royal wedding.

Thomas told Prince Harry that he was simply being measured for a hoodie. But the truth is, he and his daughter, Samantha Markle, plotted a way for the press to show Thomas in a positive light.

“Harry told me that I should never go to the press. That it would end in tears. He said, ‘They will eat you alive.’ He was right,” Thomas said (via Daily Mail).

During their phone call, Prince Harry told Thomas that if only listened to him then the media backlash wouldn’t have happened. At this point, Thomas told Prince Harry that maybe it would be better if he was dead before hanging up on him.

The controversial dad also said that was deeply hurt after Markle told him that there is no room for him to give a speech at her royal wedding. He also said that he doesn’t care about the royals and just wants to have his old life back.

“I’m not mad at Harry. I’m not mad at Meghan. I love them. I wish them well. But as for the rest of it, [expletive] it, I’m done,” he declared.

But as of late, it is still unclear whether or not Thomas’ recent interview will definitely be his last.

Karen Ruiz, a journalist Daily Mail, claimed that one of Markle’s friends told her that she’s had enough of her dad’s tell-all interviews.

“For the life of her, she can’t understand why he’s digging such a deep hole for himself and to say things like, ‘It would be easier for her if her dad died.’ She said she just wishes her dad would ‘stop blathering’ to the press. That’s the one birthday gift she wanted from her father,” she said.
