Melania Trump and Donald Trump are being plagued by divorce rumors. But even though this claim hasn’t been confirmed or denied by both parties, the public is wondering what will happen to their 13-year-old son, Barron Trump, in the event that they do end their marriage.

The POTUS has five children from his three marriages. In 1977, the president of the United States wed Ivana Trump, and they had three children together: Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.

After their divorce in 1991, Trump moved on and married Marla Maples in 1993. Just six years later, the couple decided to go their separate ways. They were blessed with one daughter, Tiffany.

At present, President Trump is married to the FLOTUS, and they have one son together. Following the president’s first two divorces, his ex-wives opened up about their battle against the POTUS.

Two years ago, Trump’s first ex-wife, Ivana, shared with TIME how she raised her three children without the help of her ex-husband. She said that she is taking all of the credit for raising three great kids.

“I believe the credit for raising such great kids belongs to me. I was in charge of raising our children before our divorce, and I had sole custody of them after the split. I made decisions about their education, activities, travel, child care, and allowances. When each one finished college, I said to my ex-husband, ‘Here is the finished product. Now it’s your turn,’” she said.

While speaking with Vanity Fair, Maples talked about her prenup agreement with her ex-husband and said that it evidently favored the president and not her or their daughter, Tiffany.

Maples initially asked for $25 million, but Trump only gave her $1 million. He also agreed to buy her a house worth $1 million, but he decided to stop making child support payments worth $100,000 when Tiffany turned 21. Maples also had custody of their daughter.

In the event that the Melania and Trump decide to get a divorce, it is likely that the first lady will also have the custody of their teenage son.
