'Morbius' Movie Leaks Tease Spider-Man Villain Team Sinister Six Setup

Photos from the production set of “Morbius” movie have leaked online. The pictures suggest that the film is set in the same world as Spider-Man, and the movie appears to be setting up the villain team from the comics known as the Sinister Six.
Pictures from the production set that have leaked online show the headlines of the fictions newspaper Daily Bugle asking “where is Spider-Man,” CBR reported. The photos also tease the lead cast member Jared Leto walking on the streets in costume.
The trailer of the film has already confirmed the appearance of Michael Keaton. The actor previously played the role of the Spider-Man villain Vulture, but it is unclear if he is reprising this role or playing a new character.
If Vulture is back, then the movie may be setting up a villains team against Spider-Man. In the comics, the group Sinister Six consisted of various villains including Doctor Octopus, Mysterio, Sandman, and Vulture. Morbius also joined this team at one point in time.
While the movie is yet to be released, Leto is already getting a lot of praise. One of the reasons why the actor is being seen as the perfect choice to play the vampire character is that he likes to use method acting to truly understand the character he is playing, CBR reported.
Meanwhile, more photos from the production set that have leaked online show “Fast and Furious” actor Tyrese Gibson. Pictures posted on TMZ show the actor may be playing a cop, as he was seen wearing a NYPD uniform and a bullet-proof vest.
The filming of re-shoots is currently ongoing in Los Angeles. Three to four blocks of the city were reportedly transformed to look like New York City. Some of the cars on the set looked like NYPD cruisers.
“Morbius” will be released on July 31.
