Motorola Moto X (2nd generation) was one of the best smartphones of last year, and Best Buy is now selling the handset with an attractive discount of $100 through AT&T and Verizon.

The new offer on the Moto X (2014) is applicable on the black 16 GB storage version. According to Android Authority, with a discount of $100, the phone is now available with an off-contract price of $299 exclusively for customers of AT&T and Verizon, with free shipping.

The regular off-contract price of the Verizon Moto X (Gen 2) is $549. However, with the discount of $250, its price has been slashed to $299. As for the AT&T Moto X (Gen 2), the usual price of the device is $399. With a $100 discount, it is now available on Best Buy for $299. The retailer is also running an offer that gives buyers $25 in rewards certificates on every handset they purchase.

As of this writing, there is no confirmation on the expiration date of the most recent Moto X (2014) offer on Best Buy. Phone Arena says that even though the performance prowess of Moto X (Gen 2) may not be as strong as the latest flagships like the Galaxy S6 and the LG G4, with its reduced price it can certainly cater to most requirements.
