‘Never Kiss A Man In A Christmas Sweater’ Hallmark Movie Premiere: Trailer, Synopsis, Cast

Hallmark Channel’s merry holiday season continues with the newest of the holiday premieres, “Never Kiss A Man in a Christmas Sweater.” The film, part of “Countdown to Christmas 2020,” stars Ashley Williams and Niall Matter.

The film will be a treat for Hallmarkies, since both Williams and Matter are staples when it comes to films on both Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Williams, who may also be known for her role as Victoria on “How I Met Your Mother,” has starred in several films on Hallmark Channel, including “Christmas in Evergreen: Tiding of Joy,” “Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa,” “Christmas in Evergreen,” “Love On A Limb,” and “October Kiss.” She’s also starred in the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries movies “Holiday Hearts” and “Northern Lights of Christmas.”

Matter is also a staple for the family of networks, having starred in Hallmark Channel’s “Frozen In Love,” “Love at First Dance,” “Christmas at Dollywood” and “Country at Heart.” He is likely best known for the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries films however, which include “Marrying Father Christmas,” "Engaging Father Christmas,” “Finding Father Christmas,” and the “Aurora Teagarden Mysteries” series of films as well.

So what will happen when these two vets team up?

“Single mom Maggie (Williams) is facing Christmas alone until Lucas crashes into her life and becomes an unexpected houseguest,” the synopsis reads. “Together they overcome Christmas while finding comfort in their growing bond.”

Could a growing bond also mean a growing Christmas romance?

“Never Kiss A Man In A Christmas Sweater” premieres Saturday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. EST on Hallmark Channel.
