The 2018 NFL season is barely underway, but the upcoming schedule could be critical for teams that failed to win their openers. Only around 10 percent of teams that start the year 0-2 go on to make the postseason, and seven teams that lost in Week 1 are underdogs in Week 2, according to the early betting odds.

Both teams that lost Monday night are road underdogs on the second Sunday of the season. The San Francisco 49ers, who also lost in Week 1, are three-point favorites over the Detroit Lions. The betting line for the Oakland Raiders’ visit to Denver is up to 4.5 points.

After blowing out the Raiders in the final contest of the opening week, the Los Angeles Rams are the biggest favorites in Week 2. The point spread for their contest with the Arizona Cardinals is up to 10.5 points. Arizona might be the NFC’s worst team, and they are coming off a 24-6 loss to the Washington Redskins.

The “Sunday Night Football” matchup is a battle of 0-1 teams. The New York Giants are three-point underdogs on the road against the Dallas Cowboys. The NFC East rivals combined to score just 23 points in Week 1.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are tied for the league-lead with 48 points on the young season, though they are home underdogs against the Philadelphia Eagles after their surprising victory. The New Orleans Saints were the victims of Ryan Fitzpatrick’s offensive outburst, but the defending NFC South champions are one of the week’s biggest favorites in their home game against the winless, yet undefeated, Cleveland Browns.

Thursday night’s contest between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals is a pick’em. Baltimore led all NFL teams with a 44-point margin of victory.

Just about every sportsbook seems to have a different point spread for the contest between the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers. Green Bay opened as a small favorite, but the odds are starting to shift in Minnesota’s favor because Aaron Rodgers’ knee injury has created some uncertainty regarding his status for the pivotal NFC North matchup.

There’s currently no betting line for the game between the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans. Marcus Mariota is dealing with an elbow injury, and Titans’ left tackle Taylor Lewan suffered a concussion in Week 1.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers have the week’s highest over/under. The Giants and Cowboys have the lowest total.

Below are the available betting lines for all the Week 2 games, including the point spreads and totals. These are the consensus odds from multiple sportsbooks in Las Vegas and online, via OddsShark.
