After underdogs dominated in the second week of the 2018 NFL season, there aren’t many sizeable betting lines on the upcoming schedule. While Week 3 does feature the year’s largest point spread by a wide margin, only one team is favored by a touchdown or more.

The early betting odds have the Minnesota Vikings favored by 17 points over the visiting Buffalo Bills. Buffalo was blown out by 44 points in the season opener, and the team made a late push to only be defeated by 11 points when Josh Allen made his first career start in Week 2.

Four betting lines are at 6.5 points and at least a couple of them could reach seven points well before Sunday. The Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars are all heavy favorites at home after 2-0 starts. The New England Patriots are the lone 6.5-point road favorites. The defending champs sit at 1-1, but they’ve got the clear edge over the winless Detroit Lions.

The “Monday Night Football” contest between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers features the week’s smallest point spread. Looking for their first victory, Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers are favored by less than a field goal on the road against the red-hot Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tampa Bay.

Patrick Mahomes is the only quarterback that’s put up numbers that compare to Fitzpatrick’s, setting a record with 10 touchdown passes in the first two games. The matchup between Mahomes and Jimmy Garoppolo has the week’s highest total of 56 points.

Four totals in Week 3 are north of 50. The contest between the Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals is projected to be the lowest-scoring affair with a total of 39.

Below are the available betting lines for all the Week 3 games, including the point spreads and totals. These are the consensus odds from multiple sportsbooks in Las Vegas and online, via OddsShark.
