With 12 games left on the schedule in Week 10 of the 2019 NFL season, four contests feature an over/under of 48 or higher. Only two totals fall below 44, and none of the final scores are projected to total fewer than 40 points.

Below are the five best over/under picks in Week 10 with the latest betting odds at Las Vegas and online sportsbooks. Game totals are courtesy of OddsShark.

Arizona Cardinals vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Over 52

Don’t be worried that this is the highest total in Week 10. Tampa Bay is second in the NFC with 28.8 points per game. The Bucs rank last in the NFC in scoring defense, giving up at least 27 points in six straight games. Tampa Bay and their opponent totaled at least 55 points in five of those contests. Arizona has moved the ball against bad defenses, averaging 29 points against the Bengals, Falcons and Giants. The 49ers’ No.1-ranked defense just gave up their season-high 25 points to Kyler Murray and the Cardinals.

Carolina Panthers vs. Green Bay Packers Over 47

Both of these defenses have regressed recently. Carolina has given up an average of 31 points over the last four games. Green Bay’s opponents have scored no fewer than 22 points in six straight games. Christian McCaffrey has been so effective that he’s the only running back generating any MVP buzz. The Packers are 25th in yards allowed per rush. Aaron Rodgers has a 109.1 passer rating at Lambeau Field, where Green Bay is scoring 28 points per game.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Under 44

The Steelers are 28th in total offense and 27th in yards per play. Mason Rudolph is averaging just 181.3 passing yards per game. Pittsburgh hasn’t scored more than 27 points in any game, and they needed defensive touchdowns twice during their three-game winning streak to reach the 20-point mark. Los Angeles has given up 13 points or fewer in all three of their matchups against teams that rank in the bottom half of the league in scoring. The Steelers and Rams rank sixth and seventh, respectively, in opponents’ yards per play.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Dallas Cowboys Under 48

Dallas has the NFL’s No.1 offense and Minnesota is eighth in yards per game, but this total is a little too high. The Cowboys were held to 10 points the one time they faced an elite defense, and the Vikings have one of the league’s best units by any measure. Dallas is fifth in scoring defense and sixth in total defense. Minnesota totaled 22 points in two games against top-11 scoring defenses. The Vikings are averaging 17.8 points in their last four primetime games.

Seattle Seahawks vs. San Francisco 49ers Over 47

It doesn’t look like any team is capable of slowing Russell Wilson down. The quarterback is the MVP frontrunner with a 118.2 passer rating and 25 total touchdowns. Jared Goff is the best quarterback that San Francisco has seen in 2019. Seattle has scored at least 27 points in seven of their last eight games. The Seahawks have had to put up a ton of points to keep winning because the team ranks 30th in opponents’ yards per play and 25th in total defense.

Season Record: 23-17
