The schedule for Week 12 is unlike any other in the 2021 NFL season. Thanksgiving means a season-high three games set for Thursday, including a couple of matchups with serious playoff implications.

The Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Chicago Bears are all favored on Thanksgiving. The Las Vegas Raiders open as heavy underdogs in Dallas as they compete for a playoff spot. The New Orleans Saints are home underdogs against Buffalo Thursday night.

The Detroit Lions are getting a field goal at home against the Bears. Detroit last won a Thanksgiving game in 2016. The Lions and Bears enter Week 11 with the two worst records in the NFC.

The Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams have two of the NFC’s three best records. The Rams are slight underdogs in Lambeau Field in a matchup that could play a major role in determining the conference’s No. 1 seed.

Over in the AFC, the two teams with the most wins in the conference will meet in Week 12. The Tennessee Titans are getting a field goal against the New England Patriots, despite sitting atop the conference standings. Tennessee is without Derrick Henry and Julio Jones. New England is playing as well as anyone with five straight wins by an average of 25 points per game.

A pair of AFC North matchups are on the Week 12 schedule. The Cincinnati Bengals are favored at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Cleveland Browns are underdogs against the Baltimore Ravens on “Sunday Night Football.”

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers, Los Angeles Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles are all road favorites. The San Francisco 49ers are favored against the Minnesota Vikings in a battle of teams fighting for the NFC’s final wild-card spot.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Arizona Cardinals have a bye in Week 12.
