After becoming a trending topic during draft day, Zach Wilson’s mom Lisa has come up with something to talk about once again on social media.

Lisa has been a hot subject on social media since the Jets selected Zach as their new quarterback in this year’s NFL Draft.

To date, Lisa has already gained around 13,000 followers on Instagram and is still trending because of her recent rants about Disney.

While some may assume that Lisa is enjoying the spotlight, the 48-year-old recently revealed on her now-private Instagram account that she didn’t want none of this attention, especially from the “New York media.”

“It’s been a hard 24 hours. What should be one of the greatest moments in my life, was quickly turned into the most devastating. I was warned about the NY media,” Lisa wrote on a lengthy Instagram post via screenshot obtained by Total Pro Sports. “But I couldn’t imagine what they would have to say about me. I have dedicated my whole life to my husband and six children.”

“Once they were old enough, I turned my passion towards helping other women and mothers find and live their best life,” she continued. “I wake up everyday with a goal to make someone’s life better. Then my life was turned upside down. I cried a lot, I prayed a lot. What was meant to be funny, to make people laugh, was somehow turned on me and I couldn’t seem to control the fire that was burning out of control.”

Amid all the media attention, Lisa is being backed by her children. In fact, she further bared that her daughter has been urging her to “get up and take your life back.”

She also received a text message from Zach, whom she referred to as her “lover boy.”

“[My daughter] She learned all of that from me,” Lisa said of her daughter’s message. “I’ve said those words so many times to my children and friends. But It’s a lot harder when the world is watching and picking you apart bit by bit. Then I got a text from my lover boy.”

Shortly after being drafted by the Jets, Zach already stressed that he’s totally not in favor of her mom being the focal point of the media and they’re doing their best to keep her “out the spotlight.”

“It’s not my favorite [topic], for sure,” Wilson said. “We like to keep her out of the spotlight, but she’s an awesome lady, and I love having her support.”
