The point spreads suggest Week 6 will feature a ton of competitive games. Ten of the 14 contests on the slate have a betting line of fewer than four points. No team is favored by double digits.

Here are picks against the spread for every game in Week 6 of the 2020 NFL season, as well as the latest betting odds. Betting lines and trends are courtesy of OddsShark.

Atlanta Falcons (+3.5) at Minnesota Vikings

The Falcons can’t find a way to win, while the Vikings are starting to look respectable. Minnesota is a few plays away from being on a three-game winning streak, having suffered a pair of one-point losses to undefeated teams. Since rookie receiver Justin Jefferson became a big part of the offense in Week 3, the Vikings have scored 29 points per game.

Prediction ATS: Minnesota

Houston Texans (+3) at Tennessee Titans

One win over the Jaguars doesn’t mean all of the Texans’ problems are solved now that Bill O’Brien is gone. Houston is 0-3 against the AFC’s top teams, losing each game by a touchdown or more. Off to a 4-0 start following a trip to the AFC Championship Game, the Titans have to be considered a contender.

Prediction ATS: Tennessee

Baltimore Ravens (-7.5) at Philadelphia Eagles

Carson Wentz still needs to be better, but he hasn’t been the disaster that he was in the first three games. The Eagles challenged the Steelers in Week 5 in what was a competitive loss. Lamar Jackson hasn’t exactly been terrific, averaging just 237.4 yards per game through the air and on the ground.

Prediction ATS: Philadelphia

Cincinnati Bengals (+8) at Indianapolis Colts

Joe Burrow had his first very bad game of the season in Week 5 when he was held to 183 yards, no touchdowns and an interception. The Bengals had played every opponent close before being blown out in Baltimore. Philip Rivers has more interceptions than touchdown passes. Indianapolis’ defense could give Cincinnati plenty of problems, but a backdoor cover is a real possibility.

Prediction ATS: Cincinnati

Detroit Lions (-3.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars

It’s difficult to pick the Lions as road favorites of more than a field goal against anyone. Detroit ranks in the bottom-seven in total defense, scoring defense and opponents’ yards per play. The Lions are 3-12 against the spread in their last 15 games.

Prediction ATS: Jacksonville

Washington Football Team (+2.5) at New York Giants

In a game between a pair of teams that have a combined 1-9 record, it’s best to take the underdog. New York is 30th in total offense and 31st in points per game. Washington’s pass rush could give the Giants and the turnover-happy Daniel Jones some issues. New York is 1-7 against the spread in its last eight home games.

Prediction ATS: Washington

Chicago Bears (+2.5) at Carolina Panthers

As well as Carolina has played during its three-game winning streak, the Bears are not getting enough respect after a 4-1 start. Chicago should get credit for finding ways to win, especially after defeating Tampa Bay. Let’s see how the Panthers’ offense performs against a very good Bears’ defense. The two above-average units Carolina has faced held the Panthers to 17 points and 21 points.

Prediction ATS: Chicago

Cleveland Browns (+3.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers

With one of the best run defenses in the league, the Steelers can force Baker Mayfield to try and win this game for Cleveland. Mayfield still hasn’t played particularly well. He’s thrown four interceptions and ranks 28th among quarterbacks with 6.4 yards per attempt. Pittsburgh has held Mayfield to fewer than 200 yards passing in all three career matchups. Roethlisberger can find success against the No.30 pass defense.

Prediction ATS: Pittsburgh

Denver Broncos (+9.5) at New England Patriots

Bill Belichick has had two weeks to prepare for a mediocre Broncos’ team. Cam Newton and Stephon Gilmore are expected to return after testing positive for the coronavirus. New England has beaten both of its opponents that are below .500 by double digits.

Prediction ATS: New England

New York Jets (+9) at Miami Dolphins

The Jets are undoubtedly the NFL’s worst team, starting the season 0-5 with each loss coming by at least nine points. They are winless against the spread. New York ranks second-to-last in both total offense and points allowed. If Miami plays the way it did in last week’s win over San Francisco, it might be Adam Gase’s last day on the sidelines for New York.

Prediction ATS: Miami

Green Bay Packers (-2) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Aaron Rodgers has been flawless through four games, but it will be difficult for him to keep that up against a very good Tampa Bay defense. The Bucs are second in total defense and third in opponents’ yards per play. Tom Brady will bounce back from a poor showing in Chicago, possibly with receiver Chris Godwin back in the lineup. Green Bay is 23rd in yards per play allowed, surrendering a 107.2 passer rating.

Prediction ATS: Tampa Bay

Los Angeles Rams (-3.5) at San Francisco 49ers

Despite San Francisco’s recent struggles and Los Angeles’ hot start, the 49ers are getting too many points. Jimmy Garoppolo is likely to play and perform much better than he did in Week 5. San Francisco might be getting a little healthier in the secondary. The 49ers should find a way to keep this close. They are 6-3 against the spread in their last nine matchups with LA.

Prediction ATS: San Francisco

Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5) at Buffalo Bills

Expect a bounce-back performance from Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City’s defense after suffering their first loss of the season. Mahomes’ 83.5 passer rating against Las Vegas was an anomaly, and Buffalo has allowed opposing signal callers to post a 103.6 passer rating. The Chiefs have two more days to prepare than the Bills, who were just defeated handily Tuesday night.

Prediction ATS: Kansas City

Arizona Cardinals (-2.5) at Dallas Cowboys

Dallas might still be the best team in the NFC East, even without Dak Prescott. Andy Dalton can have a lot of success with one of the NFL’s best groups of playmakers. There are still questions about Arizona, who has yet to beat a team with a winning record. Kyler Murray has thrown six interceptions.

Prediction ATS: Dallas
