Nicki Minaj just took to social media to announce the release date of her collaboration with DJ Calvin Harris. The Trinidadian rapper made the announcement after confirming that she has a lot of new music slated for release this month of June.

On Monday, Minaj uploaded a copy of the cover art for Harris’ upcoming “Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1” album. In the caption, the Young Money artist indicated that she has a “real special record” in Harris’ new project. She also encouraged her fans to pre-order the album that’s scheduled for release on June 30.

Minaj did not spill any more details about the collab, but her fans immediately expressed their excitement for the rapper’s new song. “I just love how she’s consistently dropping new music,” one fan commented. “Keep showing them who the real queen is. Haters keep hating,” another wrote.

On the other hand, some fans are bothered by the fact that Minaj continues to do featuring work instead of releasing full songs. “I feel like this album everyone’s talking about doesn’t exist. Like we wanna hear all of you and no one else. No features,” a fan stated. “We wanna hear [you] without all famous artists Nicki… It’s so easy to be at the top… make your own song alone,” another fan chimed in.

Minaj’s announcement on social media comes on the same day she told DJ Whoo Kid during his “Whoolywood Shuffle” show on SiriusXM’s Shade 45 that “June is gon’ be a huge month for music, that’s all I’mma say.”

In the same interview, Minaj dropped some details about her upcoming fourth album, which she said is going to be a follow-up to 2014’s “The Pinkprint.” Describing the new album, she said it’s going to be a “classic hip-hop album people will never forget.” She also confidently said, “I know it’s going to be my best body of work.”

The “Anaconda” hitmaker has thus far released songs that featured her Young Money gang, Lil Wayne and Drake. She’s also collaborated with DNCE, Gucci Mane and David Guetta. Interestingly, she revealed that she’s longing to work with Dr. Dre and Eminem in one song.
